Unable to pair Iris SmartPlus 3210-L2 on Z Wave

Despite many tries, the 3210-L2 is always discovered as

anything I can try?

There's a whole thread somewhere about joining this thing. I didnt have any issues pairing mine, 10 presses for the zwave side after the zigbee side was done.
I would factory reset it then try again.

Device reset, ZigBee size ok, Wave still shows up as

could be a bug in HE? Those 7FFFFFFF do look like as a comm error or something like that
