I have installed a new Inovelli blue series dimmer switch. It works properly, but I am unable to pair it to my C7 hub. I have installed the Inovelli Dimmer 2-in-1 Blue Series VZM31-SN driver dated 2022-11-26. I have updated my hub to the latest version 2.3.4.122. I have followed the Inovelli instructions, all to no avail. I have several other zigbee devices paired on the hub, both battery and mains powered. These all paired and operate without any problem. Most are located farther away from the hub than the switch.
Anyone have any suggestions to get this to pair? TIA
Is it confirmed to not be from one of the bad Blue batches?

I'm not sure. How can I tell?
Right now I only know of 94:34:xx and 38:5B:xx but I have a note out to the manufacturer for confirmation as they didn’t mention specifics in their report.

Thanks for the help. I scanned the qr code. It looks like my switch is one of the bad ones. I will fill in the form and hopefully get the new switch soon. Thanks again.

Nice - that will help! They just got another shipment in and are starting to send out replacements as we speak. Hopefully, there are plenty to go around.
Once you get a good one, it should pair just fine. They are awesome switches -- I have 5 good ones installed and am awaiting a few more replacements.
The customizable LED bar is useful, and the ability to bind directly (via zigbee) to a target works really well. It's a good piece of kit!
