i just created my hubitat account, i then "connect to hub" and it takes me to the login screen.
i try to put in my login credentials (my.hubitat.com) but it says "The login information you supplied was incorrect."
i have several tried several times, i have rebooted (powered off and powered back on) the hub and same thing, i am unable to login. Please help.

i figured out what the problem was.
i bought the c8 used and just went by with the seller's assurance that he has done a factory reset on the C8. i trusted him with this as I thought he had good experience using Hubitat as he had 200+ devices connected to it.
turns out he may have just deleted his account, which explains why the device wont take my login credentials.
i just did a factory reset and all now is good. and i was able to login.
