I am using Mac Air and Chrome and can't get to my local hub. I can access the hub on my phone which is Pixel 10.
Normally this is because the hub (wired) and the Mac (WiFi) are not on the same local subnet (i.e. 192.168.1.x vs 192.168.2.x). Hub to phone is probably working due to the celluar connection coming in from the cloud.
