Unable to log into mobile app

I am very new to this system. I am switching over from an old vera system. I set up the hub following the instructions and seemed ok now i am migrating devices. In this process i have lost the ability to log into the mobile app, it just puts me in the web based app which is missing some functions. When i enter the same user name and password that i used when i created the account it returnes wrong username or password.
Is there a way to just start over from scratch?

You can delete the mobile app and re-download it, but I'm curious as to what you think the web interface is missing - I probably only use the mobile app 4-5 times a year.

I have deleted it about 20 times (I know the definition of insanity)

I can't do geofence.
