Unable to find hub

Hello,

I bought a Hubitat (I think C7) about 2 years ago. I had trouble setting it up and gave up. I'm at my breaking point with Wink and decided to give it another go. Unfortunately, nothing happens when I attempt to "Find Hub" from my Hubitat account, or access the local IP. I can see the device on my network and I reserved an address for it, but none of the methods (account, find.hubitate, go.hubitate) seem to do anything. The light on the hub turns from blue to green after booting up.
What is the next step from here?
