Steps
install rule machine
click the “Create new Rule from Basic Rule or Basic Button Rule “
choose a rule that does “When Bathroom high humidity activates, notify smart_phone'Bathroom high humidity ' (Paused)”
→ rule is created
now go back to the automation tab
under rule machine, click the new rule
Resault: new url open empty in the browser. I get a white page, and can not remove this rule.

Please let me know for any additional requested info.

Your post is a little confusing, for me anyway. The prompts you mention in 2 do not appear to come from rule machine but one of the “basic” apps.
However, regardless of where it is, it appears corrupted somehow. When you go into automations and expand the drop down for the app you are using, you will see an “i” in a circle on the far right. You should be able to remove the rule from there.

It helps to include screen shots of the Basic Rule and the "empty" new Rule.
Also, open the Logs page and then try to open the new Rule. Post a screen shot of any Rule logs generated.

When you have Basic Rules and then open Rule machine, that option is given:
I posted the bug, as I was able repreduce it, and had two such autimations.
I then went out on to record a video of my steps, but the error was not repreduced.
I then clicked the i at the end of the line, and was able to remove the automation.
Unless I am able ro repredice this, please see this issue as closed.
