Unable to Deregister C-7 Due to Subscription on C-8?

I just migrated to a C-8 from a C-7. I also set up a Hub Protect + Remote Admin subscription on my C-8. Now, I'm trying to de-register my old C-7 from my account, but I'm getting a message saying that I have an active subscription that needs to be canceled first:

However, when I look at my subscriptions, I only see the Protect + Remote Admin subscription I just set up for the C-8. I did do a cloud backup of the C-7 which I restored on the C-8 (it worked flawlessly, btw!) and wondered if that may be interfering. I deleted the cloud backup of the C-7, but that doesn't seem to have made a difference.

The only other thing I can think of is that my current C-7 was a replacement due to hardware failure. Maybe there's some subscription tied to it in the background that I don't have access/visibility to?

The fail safe we have in place to prevent users from unexpected charges if the hub is deregistered without canceling the subscription is not perfect and surely can be improved. The reason you cannot de-register is because the C-8 bundle enabled Remote Admin service on the C-7 and when you try to de-register the C-7 it appears to have an active subscription. If you send me a private message we will take care of that for you.
