Unable to control IKEA Outlet with button

Trying to control an IKEA outlet using SamSung Smarthing button. Both are discovered without a problem. I can control the IKEA outlet from the web interface. I can go into logs and verify the 3 different button presses of the Samsung Button. When I try to connect the Samsung button to the IKEA Outlet using the Button Controller app I get the following output in logs -

I have tried deleting the button controller and the button app and recreating with the same result.

Suggestions ?

Can you post a screenshot of your button controller app?

I see the button action, and I see the outlet responding to the off command. So button controller is set to turn the outlet off when pressed.
