I have read all the other articles on connecting to a KS 620 and none of the tips have worked. I have run a long ethernet cord to get the Hubitat literally right next to the lock and initiated the inclusion sequences on the lock and the hub and it can never find my lock in the 100 second of pairing attempt. I have literally tried a dozen times with no luck. My only glimmer of hope is that a lock does show up in the z-wave settings section of the app but not in devices. I have no idea what else to try at this point.
