I want to start by saying that I have successfully migrated from C-8 to C-8 Pro following the provided instructions and so far everything seems to be working fine (excellent job to the Hubitat team), The only issue is that my new C-8 Pro hub is displaying an alert "Last cloud backup was unsuccessful. Failed steps: Z-Wave". This was an alert I had on the C-8 after I had tried my first backup my C-8 hub to the cloud and it failed. After rebooting the hub and attempted the second time the backup completed successfully. I then proceeded with the migration. Is there a way to remove this alert as it is misleading? I don't have Hub Protect and since there isn't any path forward (yet) for another migration I don't have any options to do another cloud backup on the hub. Thank you.
That's something the @support_team will need to look at as it's not a setting that is exposed for normal use.

I just migrated to the C8 Pro today. I also have this failed backup alert that I cannot clear
For a while I worked with @bobbyD on this issue and after a few attempts the issue was never resolved. After that I reached out to @bobbyD several time with no answer. I presume they have no resolution at this point. I just learned to live with this issue but every time I log on I keep checking the alert which is an nuisance. In the meantime I bought two more hubs to deploy in a few weeks at different locations for my family and I hope I don't get the same issue. For now they are still sitting in the box.
Try doing another cloud backup. That should clear the message if it is successful.
Thanks for your feedback. This issue is still on our to-do list, but since it is not a functional issue, it is not a high priority.
We are currently focused on resolving the functional bugs reported in the beta channel for the upcoming release. Once those are addressed, we will also work on non-functional issues before the update is released to the public.
That should fix it, but in @user6041's case, he migrated the message from an older hub, and cannot run a new backup because there is no cloud backup service on the new hub.
Thanks to Hubitat support team, this issue is now resolved with Release 2.4.1.162. Thank you @bobbyD. Issue now closed.
