So I made a rule in rule machine, and I could have sworn I setup a trigger for specific time, but now that I've created the actions, there's no triggers and the add button is greyed out.
I've tried saving the rule and re entering edit mode, I've rebooted the hub. Not sure how to add a trigger att this point
If you toggle conditional trigger does it show anything?
Ahh, I think I started a conditional trigger and aborted it, and it got stuck. I made a new rule and had no issues, so just going to delete this rule.

That is what I figured. I have done that a few times myself. Also happens sometimes when trying to remove a conditional trigger and for some reason it looks like it is gone but really isn't.
Same kind of thing that happens with required expressions sometimes. You get halfway through and then quit and then it doesn’t clean up after you leave.
