Unable to access hub even though I can ping it

Hello all. I have a C4 hub that suddenly is not working. I am able to ping the hub, but I’m not able to access the main login page or the diagnostic page. When I looked at my account page, it says there are no hubs registered with my email. The only thing I’ve done recently is upgrade to 2.3.4.115 and it’s been working fine. Please help! I have close to 100 devices and really don’t want to have to redo everything. :frowning:

What is the color of the hub's LED? And have you attempted a power-cycle?

@jackmhare ... try rebooting your router as well...

Blue and yep, multiple times.

I just did that and reboot the Hub after, still no luck. I’m very concerned that my account settings show I have no hub registered.

Any possibility that your hub's IP address has changed? Can you find it on your network using "arp -an"?

I don't know what C4 MAC addresses begin with - but perhaps @bobbyD or @ogiewon could pitch in?

It has not changed. Using the hub discovery tool, it finds my hub with the MAC address and it shows the IP being the same as it always has been.

My C-4 has a MAC address starting with C4:4E:AC

If the hub has not been connected to the cloud for an extended period of time (as in weeks), the registration will be hidden from my.hubitat.com. The hub registration is a function of cloud connectivity, thus if the hub is no longer connected to the cloud, showing that it is registered but not active, wouldn't help users much.
