Unable to access hub after updating

I clicked on the update to 2.3.3.123 and my hub rebooted as usual, now I see corrupt database when I access the UI. From the 8081 page I cannot soft reset as recommended by the corrupt database message, it shows "Unknown Error" when attempting

I am also unable to restore the backup I took before doing the upgrade as I cannot get to the Backup and Restore section of settings.

Any advise is welcome as the system is currently out of action right now...

I have sent an email to support, but that did say to check the community so I am here doing that too :slight_smile:

Try the Restore Previous Version and go back a version to what was working.

That has worked, thank you for the suggestion. I will hold off updating for now
