Unable to Access Cloud Dashboard

Hi. I just recently purchased my 2nd hub. The 1st hub I can access the Cloud Dashboard no problem. However when I create a dashboard for the new 2nd hub am unable to access it from the cloud link. It just sit there and spins. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks

I suppose you have devices installed in your second hub?

Yes. The majority of my devices have been moved to my 2nd hub.
