UltraPro switches don't work after migration - everything else seems to work

This is correct... As someone who migrated here from the Lowes IRIS ecosystem, I have gone through a few generations of GE/Jasco devices.

I started out with 300 series devices and then as IRIS was going down the tubes, started to replace with 500 series "plus" devices... The Engrighten line came out later and is like version 2 of the 500 series... Again laymen talking here... I just know I spent a lot of money on this stuff over the years...

I have found, and even Jason says it, the GE/Jasco/Enbrighten/UltraPro devices are finicky to say the least... But I'm vested now so... :man_shrugging:

And another thing I have found, and maybe it has to do with states the driver is using, sometimes if I don't clear out the states, a driver (mostly the custom drivers listed above) won't work... I get its not supposed to help anything by clearing that stuff out, but it has worked for me...

Plus I'm OCD, so having left over stuff from a different driver makes me twitch...

I had an issue a while back where I upgraded the firmware on 7 of my GE (older plus) dimmers. I went through and did all the updated firmware options GE had to offer. I then noticed I was not getting messages back from the devices... All of them... I tried all kinds of different drivers and even unpaired and rejoined a couple of them.

The devices were controllable form the hub, but didn't update status from the devices... Kind of a reverse of what @rakeshg had... So after trying all kinds of things, I decided to downgrade the firmware... BAM The devices started reporting status from the switch again!

One of the reasons I've never touched the FW on my GE/Enbrighten/UltraPro switches...they have always just worked for me, zero issues (other than the old capacitor problem which allowed me to get a bunch of newer switches free!). Aside from that, my Jasco switches and dimmers have been the most dependable, trouble-free devices in my house. Love 'em.
