UK Question

I should have asked this probably way before now. The UK version of the hub arrives with two Zwave sticks.

Are they both needed? If not, which is, as I really cant figure out if I have this set up correctly. And do I take it that the ZigBee is internal?

TIA

One of the sticks is for Zigbee. The other is Z-Wave. All antennas are external.

But they both State Zwave here.

The one in your second picture has Zigbee + US Z-Wave. When used outside of the US, the Z-wave portion of that one is disabled. The one in your first picture is used for Z-Wave specific your country’s laws.

If you don't plan on using one of: Zigbee or ZWave, you can leave it unplugged 'til you do. I know because that's my world  I only use ZWave in my house so I use that ZWave stick alone.

I've read that Australia, for example, doesn't have much ZWave availability. So they could get by with only the Zigbee (the Nortek one) installed. There's a Disable for each protocol in the Hub too. Settings, then either/both ZWave Info/Zigbee Info.
