UI is messed up, some functions not working

c5 hub, version 2.3.8.122

Not sure when this started, but I'm seeing some weird behavior with the hub. I gave it a restart, but did not resolve the issue. Logs do not show anything related (Live Logs show nothing when the issue occurs).

First, I am seeing weird UI issues like this:

Clicking into an app does things like this:

And it's telling me there is an update, but when I "check updates" it just sits here spinning:

Thoughts on troubleshooting?

Try an incognito window to see if it fixes the layout issues.

To update you can try doing it from diagnostics: Hubitat Diagnostic Tool | Hubitat Documentation

Use the Download Latest button and then "Restore Previous" which can also be used to update.

Ok, I think I posted prematurely. Looked at devtools in chrome and issue was expired cert on hub causing some assets not to load.
