I'd personally take being able to "see the code behind an RM I create" so I could quickly modify it.
Similar to many WYSIWYG editors on forms, etc. There is the normal view, then the advanced for you to screw with ( or screw up more appropriately ) view.

I realize that is dangerous, but would be a powerful step inbetween the RM and going full Groovy code.

There is nothing editable "behind" a rule. Any given rule is a complex thing comprising settings (things you select) and application state (internal storage for a rule). Neither of these are editable.

I would love to see the RM UI replaced with Scratch. So much more intuitive, and still easy for non-programmers.
