Feature Request.

@mike.maxwell It would be great to be able to manually set the timeout for UDP messages. Two use cases:
a. A global command where responses come from multiple devices.
b. A standard command where the device fragments the response into two separate messages (sometimes occurs in my bulbs).

@mike.maxwell any chance this is planned? I'd like to implement ReDoc documentation into my BOND Home integration but it doesn't look like HE's current UDP implementation would make this possible. It'd be great to no longer have to do polling!
