I've been having some issues with my UDR disconnecting from my Virgin Media Hub 3 (in modem mode) and also some internet issues in general. I'm trying to add my connection to a Think Broadband Broadband Quality Monitor but the graph shows 100% packet loss indicating that the UDR is not responding to pings. In other routers there's been a simple 'enable ping' or 'accept incoming icmp request' setting, but I cannot find anything in the UDR. Am I missing something or will I have to add something in the firewall settings manually to accept ping response.
Yes, you'll need to add an entry to the UDR Firewall.
Here is my UniFi FW Rule to allow ICMP traffic. I typically keep this disabled, unless I am troubleshooting an issue.

Perfect - thanks @ogiewon
The issue was that I was only seeing TCP, UDP, Both in the IPv4 Protocol box and I hadn't realised I could just type 'ICMP' and search for it.
