We need first to identify your device, as there are dozens of different variations.
Scroll down the device web page in HE and locate the Device Details section.
Then try to copy and paste as a text here the device details in the Data section - should look like this:

  • endpointId: 01
  • application: 48
  • manufacturer: _TZE200_hkdl5fmv
  • model: TS0601

Then we can find a proper driver that works with your device.
