Tuya valve support as switch?

Hey all. Relatively new to hubitat. I bought this valve shutoff that's a Tuya device and I don't see how to add drivers for this type of device to my hubitat for support. Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.

Tuya AICNTECH Smart WiFi Water Timer

If the device is this one: SASWELL Irrigation Timer there may be a good chance to be able to control it directly from Hubitat using the driver mentioned by @rlithgow1 ( Open/Close commands ). If not, I will need some debug logs and most importantly - the device 'Manufacturer' as shown on the HE device web page 'Data' section.
