Last check - if you click on the 'user' hyperlink shown on your last screenshot and scroll a some line down, you will see the driver version in the code :
Is the code showing 4.2.2 (or the older version 4.2.1) ?
If the HPM 'Repair' has failed for some reason, you can update the driver manually :
Even with the older version, I expect your device to be recognized, as the definitions are in the JSON file, not in the driver code ...
Did you run the 'LOAD ALL DEFAULTS' command?
Update: I think I reproduced the same situation - the driverVersion in the StaveVariables section is not updated, if nothing is received from your device (because it is offline).
If you click on the 'Refresh' command button, the driverVersion will be udpated (refresh the web page too).
Is your device online? What happens if you click on the ping() button?
I suggest that we continue in Direct Messages, I will need even more logs to solve this mystery.
