Tuya Immersion switch

I have a tuya immersion switch, in fact I have two. A currently installed WiFi running on Smartlife and a uninstalled zigbee replacement to connect to Hubitat.
The issue is it doesn't support built in energy monitoring so I'm monitoring the WiFi one by the app - which I now have to pay for to get the energy information in any useful format.
Is there a way to have hubitat calculate from the time it's on, multiplied by wattage (3151) the energy usage (since this is the method the app uses anyway)?
I'm currently using the energy calculator plus app for the sockets and that's pretty good but I don't want to replace the working satisfactorily WiFi one with the zigbee one and lose the energy monitoring "functionality" from the flaky as a lepers crotch smartlife and have to put it back because I can't get functionality I need.

I'm also trying to get a moisture sensor (zigbee) working that is currently set up to trigger the immersion (30 minutes) when I run a bath (sensor head inside the bath...) but that's really by the by. The immersion is the important part.

Please no suggestions involving installing the computer core from a Miranda class. I don't have the time, money, space or health. It needs to run native to the Hubitat without too much mucking about.
