Turn on TV Event (power draw monitor)

Hello. I was wondering if there is a power draw sensor that would allow me to monitor AC power draw for a particular device? For example, if I turn on the TV, could I detect power draw, then take action using HE?

Many of the smart plugs provide power monitoring features. A few that I have are:

The Zooz Double Plug that provides 2 120V connections:

A Zooz power strip with five 120V connections that can be individually monitored and you can also monitor the entire strip:

The Zen15 which is rated for up to 15 amp items:

I have several of the Zen 15 on heaters and other larger appliances.

But the best deal is on the Iris 3210-L plugs (used) from ebay:

The driver from @srwhite is what I'd use with the Iris plugs:

Nice, will take a look! Thanks!

Also, if you have a TV for which there is a Hubitat community integration, you can detect it's on/off state that way.

For example, this works really well with Roku TVs.
