Trying to configure 2nd Hub

I just got a used C-5 and I have been able to add it to my account, register it and update it to the latest firmware. However, when I go to settings I get nothing. It looks like it is trying to get to the "Terms of Service" (TOS) page but nothing happens. I have allowed pop-ups, The URL it is trying to get to is http://<HUB_IP>/#TOS.

On MacBook Pro (M1), MacOS Catalina (12.4) and Safari. What am I missing?

UPDATE: According to the documentation, I should be taken to a TOS page after I click "Get Started" but I honestly can't remember if I got that. I was able to do subsequents steps (rename the hub etc.), so somehow it let me skip the TOS step?

So you are able to access the hub's interface, now? If so can you please go to Hub Details, then scroll down and see if the hub is registered with your email, or previous owner?

Both hub show up under my account and the email address is mine.

However, when I go the hub UI page, I cannot do anything - always get the <HUB_IP>/#TOS URL

Have you tried rebooting the hub from the Diagnostic Tool? (192.168.1.89:8081)
