Troubleshooting motion lights

Hello,
I am trying to troubleshoot Motion Lights. I have two dimmers - "basement media lights" and "basement light". These are two sets of pot lights. When there is motion on "Basement 1 motion sensor", I just need to turn them on.

This mostly works fine. But sometimes, either one or the other or even both dimmers does not turn on. it MIGHT be that some body might have used the dimmer to physically dim the lights to off, and perhaps Hubitat remembers that next time?

If you see below log, at 10:50:40, it says setting both dimmers to 50...but actually only "basement light" turned on.

Also, I am almost sure it is a app configuration issue and should not be a mesh issue. Both lights are almost next to the hub and there are enough repeaters all around:

For clarificaton are these scenes as in the groups and scenes app or are they physical devices?

I should correct this in my original post.. these are dimmers...Each of these two dimmers, controls a set of pot lights.

Do you have another rule or app that might have set the dimmers to 50% and then off before this log snippet? Basement motion 2 ?

I will re-check that...but even if there was, this app should anyway turn on the dimmers back to 50%(in night mode for example), right? I am not sure why is that not happening consistently every time.
