I'm trying to find the best way to option to transfer my current hub including rules to a buyer who wants to keep all my rules, without compromising my account, but couldn't find how to do it here....
Can anyone assist from experience?

The best option would be to replace the hub admin account from your email address to their email address.
Do it as described here:
We are pleased to announce that one of the most requested new features for my.hubitat.com is now available.
Starting today, users can replace the primary "admin" account for a hub, from "Hub Details" on "Registered Hubs" page, after logging into my.hubitat.com .
