I like Camect a lot and the HE integration is nice. The only drawback for me is the 24mp total stream capacity. I use Amcrest cameras. They have two streams and I configure one stream for RSTP at a lower stream rate. I send the high quality stream to an Amcrest DVR - whose software is abysmal by the way. That way I get the nice AI on the Camect and 7x24 8mp recording on the Amcrest.

It works well. And if you have a nas with a built in container tool, it's actually pretty easy to setup. I just wish the wyze cams had better than 1080p, unless you get the 3 pro. But at that price point, there are better 2k options.
