Hi all,
I'd like to ask if you have experiences to include/pair TKB Home TZ56S single switch with Hubitat C7.
I put Hubitat C7 into z-wave inclusion mode and press 3x the off button on mentioned switch but nothing happens. Please share me your experiences in case you have some.

Do the region/frequency for your hub and the device match?
Hub is in Settings > Z-Wave Details. The device will often have it printed on the device or at least available in the manual or other documentation.
Hubitat C7 -> EU - 868.4 MHz
TKB Home TZ56S -> 868.42 MHz
That looks good.
Have you tried an exclusion before inclusion?
yes, tried already also to reset device.
Does the exclusion succeed? You should see a message on your screen if so.
In both cases (inclusion and exclusion), keeping Logs open while doing so is likely to give additional clues.
Inclusion/Exclusion does report any info related to the TKB Home switch.
Seems to be that switch z-wave is dead
