Timezone seems stuck

It seems as if after the latest upgrade to 2.3.0.112 my TZ is now stuck in EST. I was trying to figure out how to set it through the wiki but it seems as if the instructions there are outdated (at least the screenshots aren't matching what I am seeing).

Any trick on how to manually set the TZ?

How are you trying to set the time zone? Settings tab > Localization > Time Zone dropdown menu (pick one) > Update (far right of page).

That works for me.

Coordinates DON'T set the time zone.

I was in "Hub Details" and got stuck in the "set the time from browser time".
