we will change the hour this week end, do you know if the hubitat will follow this change?

It has been my experience that the Hubitat hub adjusts to the time changes.

If your time change rules have not changed recently it should work fine. I know last year one particular country that had changed their rules within the last few years and people were having issues, the library must not have been updated on the hub, not sure if they updated it since then.
