Depending on what type of device you want, in Hubitat on the left menu go to devices, then on the upper right corner of the page you will see a box that’s says add virtual device. Ex say you want to have a motion sensor just scroll to the bottom in the list and use the virtual device driver click through to create the device. Then click on the left of the page again on apps click on the Amazon echo skill add the new virtual device you just created to the echo skill in Hubitat and it will immediately be available inside the amazon app from there you can use that virtual device to control other devices in Hubitat or to control HSM.
