I have a problem with "Time Since Event". Sometimes this function displays "?" instead of time and then it doesn't work.
Has anyone encountered this before and found a solution?

Does that device have any events listed in its events page for switching off? Anything in the logs for that device? If not, the app may not know when it last had that activity
Yes, it does. Sometimes it worked ok for several days. Sometimes it stoped working after a day. BTW. I’ve found other way to complete my task.
