I updated to start testing the new Rule Machine rules for 5.0. I started simple replicate the time of days rules but only log setting while keeping the 4.0 rules doing the heavy lifting.
I created the variables in settings for 5.0 and for 4.0 I use global variables so the variables may look the same but the connector variables start with lower case and the Global variable is Upper case. The 4.0 rules has been working since 4.0 was released and I use that same rule across multiple hubs.
This rule refuses to fire off in 5.0:

I manually set the variable to 7;20 am, went into the 5.0 rule to validate is saw the time and saved and watched the log as you can see nothing fired at 7:20 am:
