O.K. that is your issue. When you are using Remote Admin you will only be able to see tiles that are stored within the attributes (<1,024). If you want to be able to view tiles that are stored as files on the hub you would need to run a VPN.

This is why Tile Builder makes a big deal out of telling you the size of the output. If you have the advanced version there are HTML compression options that can usually shrink the file by a few hundred bytes and give you more options.

But I recently introduced the option of using cloud endpoints instead of files which should work in your scenario. You would need to enable OAuth in the Tile Builder Module application code and then change the default to use a cloud endpoint as shown below.
