This logic work? (thank you)

Trying to run some internal lights from sunset to 10:30ish when we are away so we look home. This one is tricky to test with the family at home as it dont want to leave it in away while I am here for hours. Does this logic look ok?

My thought process is if I am ever away when sunset hits, I want lights to turn on. If I am truly away on vacation, those same lights would turn off around when we usually go to bed. If we are just out for dinner or something, the second condition wouldn't be true, and thus the lights would be turned off with us in the house. (as we would have placed it into another mode)
