Thirdreality Switch Battery Status

I am using a Thirdreality switch and there doesn't seem to be battery status updates for this, any ideas?

The original firmware version of this device did not provide battery reports, hence using a driver that does not provide battery as a capability.

I don't have any plans currently to change that.
