Thirdreality Gen3 switch blinking

I have a Gen3 switch that's been working for a while now and I just noticed it started blinking blue twice every 5 secs or so. It was slow to respond to device commands and now it just stopped responding.

I have tried to re-pair it and the hub found the correct name but it's still doing the same thing.

Edit: I think I may have a bad batch of batteries. I put in a different brand and the blinking stopped.

Ah, that is possible. I had a battery problem before too

Another problem I had with third Reality plugs, was I accidentally put the device into Bluetooth mode. Yep, they use Bluetooth (for something, possibly to do with this hubs). The device would not pair to my hubitat.

After I contacted third Reality, they explained that if I push the button and hold it while plugging in the device, it will get out of Bluetooth pairing and back to Zigbee pairing.
