Third Reality door sensor not working

Trying to add a Third Reality zigbee door switch. (on off)

It pairs fine. Then it just sits there and the hub won't respond to any events.

I look in the log and get this:

You say door switch , do you mean door sensor, one of these? What driver are you using? I have one I use, and it works fine.

I am using the Generic Zigbee contact sensor(no temp).

[edit]Just noticed your log says you are using the same driver. I turned on all the logging for the driver and opened and closed the door and only got two message open and closed.

I got it working by removing the device and resetting to factory and re-pairing it.
