It would be nice if Thermostat Scheduler’s Eco Mode could be set with a Device as well as a Mode. I see a number of posts where RM is being used to make the change. Would be much easier if it could be done via a Simple Automation.

You say doesn’t look bad in RM, looks quite complex to me. I would find it much easier to have a Virtual Switch called Eco Mode which I could turn on and off via a Simple Automation...
