I have the Thermostat Scheduler installed and configured to set my heating and cooling setpoints per mode. This morning while working I thought it felt a bit too chilly for Day mode so I checked the status — the current temperature was a couple of degrees below what the heating setpoint should have been yet the thermostat status was ”idle”. About a minute after re-checking my Thermostat Scheduler configuration, the heater finally came on.
The past logs show (times are in UTC):

That’s more than 2 hours between the time the Mode change to Day and the Thermostat Scheduler changed the setpoints. There was no other mention of the heatingSetpoint for the past 11 hours.
I checked the app status and it is subscribed to both “thermSched” and “mode”, so I don’t think that could be causing the problem. But I haven’t checked the status at night to see if it’s the same.
It doesn’t always fail to change the thermostat; it usually turns it down in the evening as expected. But this isn’t the first morning that I noticed it hadn’t turned up the heat.
