Thermostat rule not raising temperature

I am trying to raise the heating set point by 2 degrees. When I click to run my rule and check the logs, the rule ran, but the setpoint keeps getting overridden immediately after back to the original temperature. I can manually change the setpoint in the thermostat Device page just fine.

What type of thermostat is this??

It is an Iris CT101.
