It would be helpful to be able to change the background theme on my dev hub so I don't accidentally break something on my production hub. I often find myself working on code long after I should be in bed and it would be nice to have the option to change the border colors or something to help it stand out as other than my production hub.

That is a great idea. I have something similar as a plugin for SQL Management Studio on my work laptop and depending on the server you are connected to you can configure the tabs to be coloured differently, very helpful.
