The Hub Seems To Create A Local Backup With Each Reboot-Why? Is It Used By The Hub In The Reboot?

I just noticed that the hub creates a local backup every time it reboots.

Is it used by the hub for anything, or is it for just in case it's needed?

Is there any way to do a reboot without creating a backup?

I have some changes I’m making to an app and when testing I have to reboot frequently. The backup takes quite some time making reboots slower.
