Dear Hubitat Team,

Thank you so very much for building an amazing home automation platform. I was recently asked by a ST user to assist with debugging ST_Anything on the ST platform. So, I fired up my ST hub this evening for a stroll down memory lane. However, instead of a nostalgic experience, it was more of a nightmare reminding why I jumped to Hubitat as soon as it was made available for sale! :wink:

I had people over and had a false smoke alarm I couldn’t turn off for 10 minutes

We had a not so honest customer purchase a Hubitat Elevation hub from Amazon, then return it for a refund claiming it was defective. What was in the returned box was an ST hub. Perhaps eBay should get that one...

Wait.... Amazon sends you back your defective items? What button do I click for that to happen? Nothing worse than a customer returning an item as defective and the Amazon inspector somehow flags it as resellable. Back in inventory it goes....

@bravenel you can't buy marketing like that. Consider the cost of that return the best dollars you will ever spend on positive advertising. Now figure out how to spread that story.
