Good afternoon HE community.
I’m in the process of moving to Bangkok. I didn’t get a chance to remove a face plate on any of the switches when I looked at rental condo but when I googled standard Thai wiring it looks like they may only have the line / load wire in the box. Am I screwed for any type of smart relay to control the lights ?
But if there is a ground or neutral. Any thoughts on a behind the switch relay for either on off or dimmer? Has to be 240 / 50 hz and zigbee as I don’t want to fool around with different country zwave protocols.
Thanks in Advance.

Sonoff do a Zigbee switch that'll go behind a normal switch. They do both versions that require/don't require a neutral. Links below are to Amazon UK but I'm sure theyre available elsewhere. I've not tried them myself yet but intend to at some point to swap out some Z Wave dimmers I currently have in use as switches.
Appreciate that.
Not hard to find Sonoff in Asia. Will look to try some. But am getting the keys to the condo this weekend. Will have to buy a screw driver and open up a few switches to see what’s in there for wires! Hoping to find a ground or neutral but not too optimistic based on what I read so far online !
