Temp not working on thermostat

Hello

I run sinopee 1400 thermostat for heated floor and also the honeywell t6 for central heating

On both thermostat, i can’t update the temperature setting, the only thing i can do is change the mode (on/off/cold,heat, etc…) so seems like there is something wrong with the app since all thermostat have the same problem

Ive checked other discussion and ive tried everything (verify that the device match, update the system, delete and re-pair the device, reboot the hub)

The honeywell worked ok after rebot the hub but the problem came back after 3 days

Any idea how to fix this ?

If I understand your question, you are attempting to change the temperature from the « Device » tab in the app, is this correct?

Have you tried creating a new Dashboard and doing it from there?

What driver are you using to control your Thermostat?

Looking at one of my Sinopé Thermostats, I see that once it is in « heat » mode, then I can adjust the temperature using the Up and Down arrows in the iPhone app’s Devices screen:
