Does derisively questioning other people’s competency typically produce intended results for you at your day job?

It doesn’t at mine. But I don’t work with computer programmers. So I’m curious.

Our competency has nothing to do with this -- it's our priorities. Bashing others isn't a path to getting us to change our priorities, but it is a path to getting a topic closed...
